And they should. The list is naming, in their opinion, who the top QBs in the country are. He DID win the Heisman last year, so I would think he would be on the list. This is not a top list of QBs at their camp, I don't believe. (I could be wrong. It has happened before.)

Pretty good point considering he was the #1 prospect in the country a couple of years ago. I wonder what they use as a basis? He was a little inconsistent, but he was a sophomore, after all. He has the ability, you would think. I figure he will have a good year this year.

Lot of good names on that list. I'm pretty sure which one won't win it.
