Alright guys, need to go compensate for 8-4 by dropping our endowment figures on other threads.

It's been fun.

That's donations for your entire school, not football program. And even if they were for the football program, do donations count? I thought this was strictly revenue?

$270M went directly to the 12th Man Foundation.

It must be frustrating to know that even when Forbes mischaracterizes your worth and ours, you still only get a $1M advantage.

Truly inconsequential.

i'm amazed on how bent out of shape y'all get over some forbes rankings

i guess when you don't win you have to focus your pride on other things like how much money you have in your endowment

Middle of the pack on a money status list and still talking out your arse. I find it hilarious how much Texas A&M complained about the "sips."

a state 1/10 of your size, 5 win differential and no Heisman winner, the fact we are ahead by a dollar is embarassing for you and you should feel bad

They're talking most valuable football programs, not university systems.

34-10

Then frick ARKANSAS, and Auburn, and Oklahoma, and Alabama....

Re: the list: I find it odd that last year, A&M was less valuable than:
Iowa
Michigan State
Clemson
Tennessee
Oregon
South Carolina
Washington
Wisconsin
Penn State

Assuming all values have remained relatively similar to last year, A&M's value of $72 million and #20 Tennessee $63 million, A&M has had AT LEAST a $9 million increase in one year.

So, next year we can expect A&M to be #9 and #2 by 2017?

Arkansas pours every last resource it has into its fledgling flagship football program. That much is obvious once you consider where it ranks in every meaningful socioeconomic category.

That and you have the anomalous success of native Arkansans, the Waltons, dumping millions into the program.

So congrats. Your state has failed at just about everything except placing among the alleged 15 most valuable football programs.

you must be smart.

i see forbes has no problem proclaiming the most beloved texas team as el numero uno. guess they just hate the lowly ags. so sad.
