Strangely the SEC championship has been a blowout most of the 21st century. It probably is the best title game

It's been the best game I've ever attended.
The drama, back and forth, and the build up to the finale. It had it all.
And the top nearly blew off the dome on the blocked FG for a TD.

Every Georgia fans favorite game to remember! Think about it UGA fans. Your team almost won. You would have been playing in the NCG against a crappy ND team. ohh so close.

Make that game a national championship (which it essentially was) and it is right up there with Texas-USC IMHO

Not really.
It was a great game, don't get me wrong. It isn't one I want to remember (because of the end result), but it's one that I'll never forget.

Yeah...I'd have to agree that Alabama and Georgia were the two best teams in college football that year. It's a shame someone had to lose that game. It was an instant classic.

We just didn't have enough players and it was obvious as Bama wore us out in the 2nd half.We had about 68 scholarship players vs Bama's 85 ( give or take)
Our non over signing policy came back to kill us.It was an incredibly niave and short sighted stance to take.
Hopefully those days are gone for good with Kirby.

Had their defense on the ropes and Murray was a good no huddle QB. The play was there but Mosley just made a great play to get a hand on it.

It felt so good to talk shite to my friend after that game, he was a georgia fan lol but overall it was a nail biter the whole way through
