It gets talked about a lot on the rant.

The way he handled the politicking leading up to the decision was a real disservice to his team and program.

I also don't think there is any chance he'd do it again.

Giants among College teams that year. I hate it both great teams in the same year, one SEC champs the other NC.

Football, the way the game is meant to played. It was a great game between two great teams.

No, both coaches could have attempted more on offense. I would have shot myself in the face if I wasn't an Alabama fan. Such conservative play calling.

I will say 2011 Alabama is the best defense i've ever seen. Best Alabama team i've ever watched. That 2011 LSU team beat them once and gave them a tough game(despite the score) in the 2nd game. I will never forget that season or those games. Unbelievable.

It should have been the first best of 3 in CFB history

Idk if you're being sarcastic or just discussing a crazy play in the game but a few trick plays doesn't change how basic the offense was in that game.

That season was just incredible.

Both of those teams were insanely above any other team in the country.

Of course, when LSU has an alltime great team ole Alabama has one at the same time

i can't imagine. that would have been armageddon. maybe it's better to not have a decisive 3rd game. keeps the discussion going. it was an epic war. i have a feeling there will be more.

How do you think these teams would stack up against 1995 Nebraska or 2001 Miami?
