Auburn doesnt have the defense that Florida had that year. Also, Fla St didnt sit for two extra weeks like that Ohio St team.

I just feel this year's championship has a lot of similarities and we will see..... a similar game to USC vs OU in 2005.

yep. They put away the game early on and were celebrating at halftime. This will be similar to that, with FSU playing the role of USC.

We now have your coach

He's all yours now. You'll soon find out the consequences of hiring the shell of what used to be Urban Meyer.

In 2008 was the heisman trophy winning greatest QB ever, Sam Bradford.
To me, this game will be more like the 2008 game. Auburn will win.
And I'm glad urban is gone. I do miss tebow.

FWIW, that OSU team was the only CFB in history to play three #2 teams in the same season (@ Texas, Michigan and Fla). Also losing Ginn 10 secs into the game certainly didn't help their offensive game plan. They would have still lost but he was their X factor (like Harvin).

Ginn was knocked out of the game by his own team tackling him in celebration after the kickoff return. Blowhards deserved it.

Seems to be a recurring theme. Every team and game stands on it's on though.

Another example is the 1983 Nebraska team. From all I have read and heard, they were considered the greatest team ever.

Then Miami beat them in an epic game.

Tebow is horribly annoying and I'm glad he's gone. Urban had proved himself unable to deal with the pressure of maintaining success in the SEC so I'm glad he's gone as well.

A 24-2 season? Wow that's a lot of games. But yes, it has been a great ride so far...and no losses to FCS schools to boot.
