I think outside of QB it was 2010 Alabama....

But LSU finished 3rd in the West and Bama finished 4th

Even in all my bammer, that was one hell of a game to watch. Can't imagine a game like that in today's football.

One of my favorite AU games ever.

It was clear that day, later in the season, and even more so in hindsight years later - LSU had the better team.

The Hare rose up and won that one for AU. On a neutral field LSU wins that game by 10. Furious Hare was worth two TDs that day.

Yup. The 2005 and 2007 AU losses are still are in my top 5 most painful ever. 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 - all incredible games.

tbh I don't think many LSU fans have gotten over 2004 and 2006, 2006 in particular. May have cost LSU a shot at a National Title. You will hear a lot of LSU fans referring to the 2006 game to this day as most painful, up there with 1/9 Bama
