Arkansas is currently up 24-10 with 8:30 left in the 3rd quarter.

Somebody got paid to job that game, IMO.

This game more than any other (except for the 1969 Bill Montgomery/ Nixon Bowl vs Texas) really defines what it is to be a Razorbacks fan

Probably the weakest of all SEC national champions since the AP Poll began.

Nothing weak about taking the ball at the 43 with 1:30 left and deciding to cram the fricking rock on every play down Arkansas's throat until you cross the damn line for the win. That arse kicking of a drive was one of the finest moments of Tennessee football.

I agree, that drive was incredible. Complete imposition of the will. Arkansas quit like little bitches after that fumble.

Of course.

But Bama earned their second chances and such

How is Bama relevant to this thread?

I'm assuming you're referencing 2011 and second chances. Bama beat every single team on our schedule by 2+ touchdowns that year. 10 of those games were won by 3+ touchdowns.

Silly boy.

Silly gumps, everything is about Bama

Except when Gumps don't want it to be.

Saddest fan base known to man. Start a thread making "fun" of UTs national championship and the "luck" but can't take it like they give it.

Typical Gumps.

Preserve this thread for future generations to show how inbred y'all really are as a trailer park of fans

If you'd watched that whole season you'd understand. This is just the way UT played all year. They were a blue collar, wait for your opportunity kinda team. BUT they'd unleash when the opportunity came. Ark didn't lose because of the fumble even though we like to tease them about it. They lost because they couldn't stop the RB.

Our RB went hog wild when it mattered most. Every game that year was like that.

Ah, I see. It seems you're confused about which thread you're in. The thread you're referencing - making fun of UT's luck can be found here:

And it was started by an LSU fan.

Nah I'm pretty sure we lost because of the fumble

This is certainly true. 20 ran straight through Arkansas.

Our D would've come up with a stop even without it. Just look at the names on that D. Ark played one helluva game but in 98 this was the way our games went.

The real shame of that game is that someone had to lose.

LSU is one of my favorite SEC teams but gotdam tRant has some salty arse mofos with regard to us being no. 2.

You'd think it would come from UF. Hell they've earned bragging rights and are the better 'new money team' of the two but they act more like a blue-blood than the select few LSU fans that lose their minds over this shite.

It makes me feel weird as frick because I've always liked LSU and had great times with their fans IRL and with others online.

LSU fans' inferiority complex as it comes to their relation to UT on this board is perplexing for sure. Very odd.

I don't know that there is another fanbase that shares such love and hate for us. It's gotta be an age thing.
