If they really want to improve the level of play they need to make the rules like college baseball. You can go pro straight out of high school but if you go to college you have to stay three years minimum. That would let these tweener guys improve their game and we would see more Damion Lillard stories.

I have a problem with the no call on the Summers layup. Tons of contact and no foul, but Hendo gets a foul for that ... makes no sense Anyway hopefully Saiz takes a bunch of roids in the offseason dude plays like a whimp

The problem is the NBA doesn't have the type of support system for the guys who do go pro that shouldn't.
The D League would have to get exponentially better for them to switch to a college baseball system.
I just like Adam Silver's idea. Make guys stay in college at least 2 years. Guys are able to develop their game more and it makes the scouting process easier on NBA teams.
