He's getting them because he, as a RS Freshman got beat by one of the best receivers in college football? The fact that death threats were sent is completely ridiculous and pitiful no matter who was being forced to cover who, but in this situation, how much blame can you put on the kid at all?
That is a coaching mistake or just evidence of a lack of secondary talent if that's the best option UT had, no matter how good Sutton is. Very few players in the SEC have managed to cover Jordan Matthews the last 3 years.
