Calloway had a process to go through to come back that he chose not to do to focus on local actin (may see him a Walker on the Walkiung Dead soone)
There was talk Pettaway would have a way back but that looks unlikely now

That may be. But Lacy is likely not an issue. He had good professional parents who understood the value of education, and unless he is ADHD or retarded, he would have had the educational background without extra help.
