Yes the SEC winner will get in (assuming they have 1 loss) and the only 3 that qualify for that are Alabama/LSU/Florida

If either of those 3 is SEC champion with 1 loss, they're in.

I think FSU-BC-GTECH-NCSTATE-MIAMI is tougher schedule than SEC east this year.

checkmate

Syracuse played LSU tough too. Clem is at Cuse this sat so we can do a comparison b/t Clem and LSU at that time.

i think hyou will like the product Clem puts together for you lol

Look, I understand LSU got dominated on Saturday. But, in all honesty, Alabama is just a bad matchup for LSU

No one wants to see another LSU-Alabama matchup in the final 4.

It is that simple.

If we lose and you win out you will be in. Focus on what you can control

So they'd rather see Alabama/Iowa?

That has nothing to do with it.

I can't see Florida beating FSU.

3-6 South Carolina beat 8-1 North Carolina.
The same North Carolina that will play in your ACC Championship game.

And the other narrative of the Sec having 6 better teams than any of the other conference best team is wrong. Alabama it's the class of the sec and college football for the better part of 5 years

The rest of the sec isn't better than any of the top teams in other conferences.

What makes the sec strong is that the bottom tea,s are better than than the bottom teams of the big ten for example overall. But thst gap is closing too

But it's time to not kid yourself. Baylor, osu, Oklahoma, Stanford, etc would be just fine in the sec sans Alabama. Those coat tails have been ridden for far to long now

first game of season and UNC moved the ball at will on SC. the NC qb threw some red zone interceptions and UNC pulled a UNC

but UNC clearly better than SC this year. lol also kepe in mind SC still had their starter QB in that one

UNC might not even make the title game. they are at va tech, at nc state and miami at home. they could lose all of those actually and at least 2.

Pitt, Duke, and Miami all have a shot at it. lol yes Miami.

UT would beat FSU right now. I think Clemson and UF are comparable, but agree that UF has benefited from a soft SEC East.

3 Ohio State - think Harbaugh beats them and wins east
4 Notre Dame - Standford will knock them out
5 Iowa - Harbaugh again
6 Baylor - Big 12 will cannibalize itself
7 Stanford - In the 4
8 Oklahoma State -see #6
9 LSU- Oops we did it again

They would be "just fine". However, they would not be undefeated, or even one loss teams. They would likely be sitting right where State is, scrapping it out but dropping a few games along the way.

lot of that is decades ago though, the conferences don't really play that much anymore in regular season and when they do it is like LSU vs Syracuse.

last year the ACC teams swept their SEC rivals and i woudln't be surprised if ACC swepts them again this year or take 3 out of 4.

G Tech - UGA is only one that I see as tossup but I give G Tech the edge b/c it is atlanta and they have better QB

Lsu has the best strength of schedule, the best loss, and the best wins of any team 4-8 and yet we are fricking 9 I won't even try to understand it

WE have possibly 3 1st round draft picks on this Defense.
Bullard VHIII and Tabor. FSU's D held Clemson in check most of the game Saturday.
I believe UF could do a better job than FSU.

"Swepts", is that a vodka? Did UNC not already drop a game to SC?

Decades ago? Are you Rip Van Winkle?

Congrats on your 4 out of 22 starters. There is more to the game than QB's and WR's. State and Ole Miss have some of the most outstanding QB/WR combos in college football, we've both dropped two games in the SEC.

lol

FSU is much better at QB and RB than Florida this year. we will find out soon enough. Florida has not played any teams with a QB this year except Chad Kelly but Ole Miss doesn't have a run game
