Georgia's "best" win was against UF and Murray stank up the place. Bama's defense is similar in quality to ours and their offense is better. Why will they win?

And USCe is 1-2 against the best teams they faced.

and that one win was a curb stomping of Richt and UGA

Georgia Tech is dogshit this year. You aren't really taking that into account either.

You're forgetting that Georgia has to play Georgia Tech this upcoming weekend while Bama gets the benefit of playing 2 Division 2 schools leading up to the SECCG.

I don't believe that UGA will lose to tech because tech lost to MTSU. That's my assumption.

I can think of much worse things than Georgia winning the title. Like Tennessee, LSU, or Auburn winning it.
I agree. The only problem is Bama recruits the state of Georgia and UGA winning will make it harder to pull recruits from them.

If Georgia beats Alabama, I would have to pull for the SEC to win the NC though, so that the rest of the country would self destruct.

You ever notice there's no spitting in basketball?

Football, baseball, hunting, fishing, sex........all involve spitting.

Quilting, Sunday School, psychotherapy, Alcoholics Anonymous ....no spitting.

Basketball is ghey.

There are much more damaging things that could happen to my football fandom than UGA winning out and getting a natty. I would be mad but i wouldnt beat the wife or burn down the trailer park over it.

Florida vs. the winner of the SECCG. Talk about most epic meltdown of all time. CFB would go nuts.

If Florida is going to play in the N.C. then Notre Dame has to lose to USC and Oregon has to get over looked because of their schedule.

It would be sick if it was another BCSNC between two SEC schools though.

Exactly. We won when our quarterback played like shite. Shows we are a team and not just a player.

It won't happen. I don't think people realize that really all that needs to happen for Oregon to play in the title game is for ND to lose.

This isn't Oklahoma st. It's Oregon. Oregon's wayyy more sexy than FLorida. Would human voters rather see Bama/UGA vs Florida or Bama/UGA vs Oregon?

And lets face it...Florida will probably lose to FSU which will seal the deal for Oregon as long as ND loses. Oregon doesn't need to play in a conference championship. remember last year people.

Stick to the thread, don't try and bring that Kentucky=Basketball shite in here. This is football season and this thread is about UGA vs Bama in the SEC Championship.

I would love to see Stanford in the Championship. They have a solid program. I don't think they are the #2 in the nation but I would enjoy watching them play Georgia.
