and they should. he's been one of the higher paid coaches in college football for years yet has only 4 10 win seasons in 15 years as a head coach and hasn't won a conference title since 2004. As weak as the Big10 has been for awhile now, he really has no excuse for his lack of production for the money he's being paid. In his last 10 years, he's only had 5 seasons with more than 7 wins and failed to make a bowl twice
