Completely non-biased? I really like Auburn's tradition of letting the eagle fly around the field before the game.

what a surprise, a texas aggie claiming to be #1 in something.
while I think your yell practice is a cool tradition it is but one of the thousands of traditions across the country and imo, not even close to #1.
in fact, while your traditions may be highly regarded you you, I and millions of others could give a fricking rats arse about them.

Went to midnight yell for the LSU game in '12. Went in expeciting to see something special, but the whole thing was very underwhelming to be honest.

the correct answer is night games in tiger stadium.
OOC OOS games have become "Blah" because so many "Die-Hard" season ticket holders have been priced out and replaced by "Corporate" (Business) season tickets. These companies distribute the tickets to employees, clients and friends, many of whom have no connection or love for the school or football program.
Therefore, with each passing year, the % of rabid LSU fans in Tiger Stadiums has decreased and the % of those that are being given "Corporate" tickets has increased.
The formerly priced out LSU "Die Hards" will still show up and buy tickets outside the stadium for the big games, but are foregoing and staying home for the "Sisters of the Poor" games. Therefore, the overall intensity of the TS crowd is not quite what it used to be. Only the "Glamour" games at Night produce the super electricity and atmosphere now.................

"College station is 80% white, Baton Rouge is 40%"
As someone who taught, coached, and was an administrator in College Station schools, you couldn't be farther from the facts about the demographics of College Station, or the Bryan/College Station metropolitan area.
But since the delusional Aggies need facts or they don't believe it, here are FACTS -- but they still won't probably believe it and they don't like to be told they are wrong even when the facts say they're wrong. So here are facts from 2014 from two local school districts which mirror the percentages from the community:
College Station ISD -- White 53%, Hispanic 22%, African American 14%, Asian 8%, Other 3% (11,307 students)
Bryan ISD -- White 25%, Hispanic 54%, African American 20%, Other 1% (15,723 students)
Total Schools: White 37%, Hispanic 40%, African American 17%, Other 6%
Texas A&M Spring 2014 Enrollment Report: White 63%, Hispanic 18%, African American 3%, Asian 5%, Other 11% (Total 49,221)
College Station ISD State Academic Accountability Report
Bryan ISD State Academic Accountability Report
Texas A&M Spring 2014 Enrollment Profile

The future longest serving Texas governor and now flaming out while running for President AGAIN!! He wouldn't even win his own state!
But here is the contradiction -- Aggies, can you explain the next 2 pictures?? One of your greatest alumni with "hookem horns" sign?? At least the governor of Louisiana doesn't hide his disdain for LSU.

It was fine until they joined the SEC. I grew up between Houston and there, but went to LSU. I used actually like them a little until they started trying to make us their biggest rival since they don't have UT, Tech, or Baylor to fight with anymore. Now my attitude is if they want us to be their most hated rival, bring it on!! Lots of Tigers in Houston to be well represented in battle.

I did some research and found out some interesting information about an old Aggie tradition.....
150 years ago today, the Texas Aggies tried to start a border war with the Louisiana Tigers... 35 Aggies went to the Sabine River and threw sticks of dynamite across the river.... the LSU people picked them up, lit them, and threw them back!!!

ISD #'s aren't accurate in the slightest for a full pop demo. It's accurate for the # in the ISD.
You're looking at a number of factors that skew those: choice of enrollment, number of children per household, and you're skewing your assumptions towards those with school aged children.
The total population already accounts for those represented in the ISD, and he vast majority who are not.
