Everyone probably has some cheating happening on their campus to some degree. Some programs are more institutionally involved, btu it's still cheating non-the-less. Even if CFB started paying players $20,000, they'll be someone willing to pay them $40,000 afterwards. The arms race is strong within CFB, that simple.

we're cheating right because we don't have NCAA violations....you're doing it wrong and only a 10 win ceiling type program.. Ole Miss is a small little program.
