It depends. If bama defends the jet sweep and dump pass to Williams well, not sure how else LSU will move the ball.

I think LSU’s D can hold Bama under 30, but not confident LSU can score enough to keep up.

LSU will definitely need a big interception or punt return to stay in it.

If bama is as arrogant as their fans this is setup to be an epic upset

Etling has two weeks to work on the deep ball. I'm confident in his abilities.

30-10. Close at the half and Alabama does what they do in the 2nd half.

#7 happens.

I want to say it will be close but......

It takes a true dual threat qb to threaten Bama and Etling (sp) ain't.

As always it will be a slugfest, Bama`s depth wears the Tigers down and Bama`s D stands up to the test.

31 - 10 good guys.

To be fair, though Bama has won 6 in a row, except for 21-0 none were even close to “skull draggings”.

38-17 in 2013 was a skull dragging. LSU also had 180 total yards in the 2015 beating.

LSU will keep it close until somewhere in the mid 3rd and Bama pulls way

31-20 (LSU scores a useless late TD)

31-3 Bama

LSU still doesn't have a QB to win a game after Bama shuts down the run game.

I predict it'll be similar to the last two games in the series that have been in Tuscaloosa. It won't be a blowout where Bama wins by a ton. It'll be a slow, methodical beating where although the scoreboard is close, you never really feel LSU has a legitimate shot.

LSU won't move the ball. Alabama wins 24-10.

Bama is more obsessed with LSU than LSU with Bama, which is really head scratching.

Alabama is back to the slow, methodical ground-heavy attack in the wake of Kiffin's departure. Typically, that would be a good thing for LSU. However, LSU's run defense just isn't what it usually is. We're 5th in the SEC. We gave up 285 yards to MSU and 206 to Troy. Even in wins against Florida and Auburn we gave up just shy of 200 yards.

Long story short -- Bama is going to run it down our throats. We won't have the offensive firepower to respond. LSU hits one big play to Chark or Gage -- and that's it.

Alabama 31
LSU 7

Lsu slows the Bama run

Bama has 3 TO's

Lsu hits a punt return

Lsu does enough to beat Bama at Bama

Lsu - 23
Bama - 17

Geaux Tigers

I'm not sold that LSU can stop the run.

State ran over them, Troy ran over them, and even Ole Miss was having some success running against them. I have no idea why this is since typically LSU has a great DL.

I think Bama lines up and just runs over LSU for most of the game. From what little I have seen of Bama, it looks like their new OC is happy to "stay with what is working" as opposed to Joey Freshwater's play calls.

PS. Everyone but bama fans will end up hating Gary Danielson even more. Seriously, does any other SEC fan base like him?

Bama hasn't seen a running back like Guice. He's a once in a generation type talent.

You had Guice and Fournette and couldn't get it done.

It’ll be one of those games that the score stays close enough to keep the average football fan watching but I think Bama will pull away with a late TD.
