Some of the parties in here whining about basketball officiating will be giving other fan bases hell for doing the same during football.

Once again the refs never get called in to the SEC office or suspended like they do for football games.

End Tenn. game along with the rest of that game warranted a suspension.

The LSU game warranted a ref getting suspended.

Now 26 FT to 6 A block called a charge with a 5 point lead.

White boy fouls twice on rebounds NO CALL in the last 5 minutes.

Again you guys no nothing about basketball or you would know and see Lunardis is BIASED MAN.

And the SEC is better than the A10 which got 5 bids last year and will probably get 5 this year.
Better than the MWC who got 5 bids last year.

Any team that finishes top 4 in a major conference should get an auto bid.

But you guys keep letting those YANKEE school get 10 and 11 bids with the same record as southern teams and GET THAT MONEY LMAO

The ridiculously one sided officiating is the reason basketball isn't as popular as football or baseball.

Take this game for example. Both teams played physical basketball. When Florida had the ball and Bama was physical a whistle was blown. When Bama had the ball and Florida was physical there was almost never a whistle.

If one team shoots 28 free throws and the other team only shoots 6 then only being a jackass or a homer would cause you to not agree that it's bullshite.

In the NBA it's worse. If you don't have a star on your team then I honestly don't know why you even try. Star treatment in the NBA ruins the game. Not everybody is a bandwagon fan of stars. In college it's the completely ridiculous home cooking.

Calm yourself pal....home teams usually get the vast majority of calls in basketball..that's just the way it is and has always been !
Your pal Steve Shaw can't really do a thing about it ..LOL

we did not lose because of the refs. The faster you stop placing blame on the fricking refs, the happier you will be. We lost because we are awful on offense. Get that in your skull.

It really isn't. There is one person in here whining about the refs and nothing he is saying even makes any sense. Personally I don't think it was a particularly well officiated game, but we scored 3 fricking points in the final 6 or 7 minutes. You can't win like that. You sure as hell can't expect the refs to bail you out on the road.

ETA: Now 2 people.

I love how we're known for scoring droughts. Eventually, you just know its gonna happen. It's so frustrating.

That's true. No amount of Bama whining will compare to all the LSU whining in the past 5 years.

I'm just saying you shouldn't have to expect that the refs are gonna screw you on some calls in any sport.

It makes basketball extremely frustrating to watch and get into so most people just turn it off and don't get too involved in it.

This was a good game today. With better officiating it could have been a really great game

Sec officiaiting in basketball and football has sucked for a while now. Everyone has to deal with it. Sometimes it helps sometimes it doesn't. Accept it. I did a long time ago.

Also Bama has 10 losses Villanova 11 we beat them by 22

That's not how it works. Villanova has 3-4 wins that are better than any win that Alabama has on their resume.

Yes we know how it works all these so called GREAT Bog East teams that get the shyt beat out of them in the tourney every year have learned to game the system with scheduling.

Every big east team is in the top 50 LMAO.

You guys are too dumb to see the facts.

If a team beats another team on a neutral site by 22 they are not as good as that team LMAO at the stupidity.

I KNOW HOW THE HELL IT WORKS ; I have been saying for 20 years this RPI is BS.And this proves it ..they have you hoodwinked thinking Vill is a better team even though they lost by 22

Lunardi is from Philly.

They are going to try and do the same thing in football.

You notice the Big 10 is going to scedule no FCS schools and will probably go to more big ten games.

Already because the Big 12 play 9 games the computers rank them #1 which is BS

When are you guys going to wake up and realize that a computer is only a freaking program that can be gamed

Anyone that says Vill. is better than Bama is using stupid logic.

By the way the REFS gave you this game.

26 ft to 6 is BS

It's a distinction without a difference. There is overlap between conference officials. The SEC consistently has a worse product in refereeing.

If you beat Syracuse by 22 on a neutral site, you'd have something. You didn't.
