Helmets could have touched, but they do on EVERY tackle. Jones' helmet was shoulder level. It was pointed parallel to the WRs shoulders. That's why both close refs did not throw the flag. It's a hard hit, yeah. But if that's a flag, then every hit that isn't waist high is a flag.

I'm pulling for Arky, and I agree with this. There was helmet to helmet contact, but it looked incidental IMO. Looked like he tried to pull back and stick his shoulder out to take the contact
