Unlike Florida, we show up (yesterday was the 10th largest on campus attendance) and we understand the game. We know when we are over matched. But, we congratulate the better team when they win. Congrats! SEC is a tough world. Florida, A&M and LSU are stacked; pitching, hitting and defense.

The Florida fans I talked to yesterday have a very different opinion of State compared to what you see on the rant. It's funny how they even said complimentary things. Who should I believe the cocksuckers on the rant, or actual fans supporting their team on the road??

The OP probably hasn't been to a baseball game in years. We have friends that we have met, cooked with and communicate with at the Hoover RV park from Florida. Good people and enjoy visiting with them. Unfortunately, we might not get a chance to see them this year.

You guys are better than South Carolina? (And I did go to one of those games last week)
That has to count as complimentary? Right?

False. I've gone to 3 games (including fsu in jax). I did like the concept of your outfield that I saw on TV. Perhaps I'll make that a road trip in the future. All I've seen of Starkville is your downtown and the walk to your football stadium from there.

I'm pretty sure you didn't walk from downtown Starkville to DWS, but I'll take you word for it. You'll be welcomed when you return. It's a lot better for football than it was just 5 years ago.

Definitely walked it last time we played you there. 2009 I want to say? Looked at the map and looks like we walked from the dawg house? I remember it being kind a large concert venue converted to a restaurant. I was with my dad, so it had to be simple. If I had gone with friends I'm sure it would have been different. I do remember it being a long arse walk.
