I agree with that. Shame that as a senior one has not learned from the mistakes of others before you. There is a famous quote that goes like this, "those who dont understand history are doomed to repeat it."

A fool learns from his own mistakes. A wise man learns from the mistakes of others.

I apologize to the University of Alabama , the football program and all the Alabama fans.
I have made an awful decision on my part.

I think the Taylor stuff is gonna force Saban to cut geno.. not that he wasn't going to already. Looks bad to keep a guy after his second dui the same weekend our "second chance" taylor gets arrested for domestic violence again.

I think both discipline will be dealt with differently. the only thing similar is they happened on same week. One was on a short leash from day one. Other will probably be on a short leash going forward if he survives

quote:BOTH should have been on choke collars - JTaylor due to his crap at UGA and GenoSmith due to his first DUI. They were both skating on thin ice with Saban and should BOTH be gone.

So Smith will not be kicked off the team.

You gotta be pretty fricked up for TPD to take notice. If they gave a ticket to every drunk driver around they'd have to triple their manpower.

David Palmer had two DUI's under Stallings and he didn't get kicked off the team.
