I've argued this many times much like our last 4-5yrs florida by far had the best years in there programs history under obc and Meyer other than those two coaching spans they were nothing to brag about

Florida's program history consists of a little over 10 relevant years with Spurrier and a one night stand with Urban Meyer. Outside of that, Florida is no different from the MSUs and Kentuckys of the world.

Most appearances (10) and wins (7) in the SECG. Plus 3 NC's. Other than that , we're no different than the Kentucky's and MSU's of the world.

31–27–3 vs LSU all time.
10 SECCG appearances LSU 5.

It's better than LSU football. Consider yourself enlightened.

Really didn't like our recruiting at that position during WM's time, so that's definitely going to be an issue for sure.

Spurrier at Florida 11-1 vs LSU all time
Meyer at Florida 3-3 vs LSU all time
Others at Florida 17-23-3 vs. LSU all time

And the SECCG didn't exist until Spurrier was at Florida, so what bearing does that have on this argument?

Most programs don't compare to Alabama. So what? Doesn't mean their programs are shite.

Bert may be fat, but he is a no BS type of guy. He tells you like it is and won't pump sunshine like Houston Nutt's awful arse always would.

The SECCG has been played for the past 23 years. 23 years is quite a long time, and a good sample size. The past 20+ years, is far more relevant to current fans, than who won the SEC in say 1947, isn't it?

Spurrier at Florida 11-1 vs LSU all time

For 16 of the past 23 years, either Steve Spurrier or Urban Meyer has been your HC.
