I live 2 miles from UCLA. He didn't get complacent. What he did was try to up the talent level he was bringing in, and it burned him

Howland is good with blue-collar guys. The 5-star guys that have their parents in tow didn't fit too well into the diving drills and practices where you mix it up a bit.

Hopefully, he has learned to stick with guys that are going to work as hard as he does. Most UCLA people like him and wish him well.

Starkville isn't the nicest town, but you can still have a good time there.

There are quite a few SEC towns that would be miserable to live in if you weren't a college student.
