This "First Four Round" sucks. Doesn't feel like it's part of the tourney.

They need to fix this.
They want to act like its part of the tournament, but then they keep sayin, " The winner of this game will play Team X in the first round of the tournament."
It's contrived and a pathetic attempt and more viewers.
In a word, it sucks.

They simply need to call it the first four. Or the opening round.

It gets teams in that wouldn't be in the tournament otherwise. Now they can say they were in the Ncaa tournament.

I wish this game was on Friday night so the BYU fans would be to tired/hungover to get up a 6am, put on their magic underwear, black pants, white shirt and black tie to ride the bikes to my house and knock on the door at 8am in the morning.

I still don't get how some are 11 seeds and some are 16. If they are the last four, you would think they would all be 16?
I guess they could threaten a #1 seed, so they put the garbage games in at 16 and throw more notable teams in the middle

I know this is the idea, and the concept is there, but it doesn't feel right to me, they still kind of treat them like the "play in" games from years past IMO.
Just expand it, so its a legitimate first round.

If it was all 16 seeds then this would be nothing buy low majors playing.
An 11 seed is basically a 16 seed for a P5 type school.

SECN has done more for college baseball than anything else.
It's been lots of fun to watch so far. I'm really enjoying it, I hope Mizzou gets their shite together soon enough in regards to baseball.
