No chance at all. Our only chance at postseason play is to win the damn thing.

Maybe if we had finished the games vs Texas Tech and Coastal Carolina and won at least one more conference game to go along with this run to finish over .500

But as it is, likely finishing 15-20 tomorrow, I'll seriously doubt it.

Have to have a winning record... so no.

So just enjoy the ride.

This is not true.

You dont have to have a winning record

You don't have to have a winning record to play in the NCAA tourney or the CBI tourney. The NIT requires a winning record to participate.

According to ESPN yesterday, that is not the case. I know nothing. Only repeating what they said

This question was brought up. If we beat LSU, is there any chance we go to the NIT... They said it did not require a winning record

But I honestly know shite.

Teams always do have a .500 record or above. But that hasn't been a rule for like 10 years.

I'd imagine that we only have a longshot at making the CBI tourney. There were several teams w/ 15-17 records in it last year.

No, we have a chance to be selected for the CBI. Many teams don't accept to be in it, and there are usually some teams with losing records in it. They play home games, so there would be some advantage for Auburn in getting a bid because of our home crowds this year.
