In 2020, I guess I'll talk about how y'all paid twice more than what it's worth for it. I think SC florida and tenn got their's done for around $10M-$15M, and y'all are spending $30M....
Is that b/c it's harder to get indoor plumbing in GA or are you hiring the players to work "construction?"
