i think this is the first run in with the law in 2 years.

They do but you can drive if you get a blow and go installed. First offense the blower must stay in for six months. The penalties are a bit different for underage.

The reason his punishment wasn't any worse was because he's been a really good kid to this point.

Would be some sort of punishment at least, considering he's gonna lose his license for six months anyways. Like your kid failing out of school, and a parent saying as punishment "you can't go to classes". Good job Bert...you showed him!

What's even more hilarious is the rationalization by arky fans about a non-existent punishment by your lard arse coach when there was nonstop posting about how Gus wouldn't really suspend Nick Marshall for a full game before last season. Face the fact that your HC is a 350 pound walking contradiction. Just like your previous HC, minus 200 pounds.
