Some of you guys ignorance to other conference's history is astounding.

1) When you talk about another party and their ignorance you should probably consider using proper grammar.

2) Why on earth would fans of the original members of the SEC bother with learning about Big 10 history? I've never cared about Big 12 football other than a couple of times when Texas made something interesting. I'm fairly certain that the vast majority of SEC fans feel the same way.

There is no real need to pay attention to other conferences very much when the best teams mostly found in the SEC year after year and there are plenty of SEC games to watch without bothering with Mizzou vs Kansas State or Mizzou vs Texas for that matter.

a lot of people seem to be predicting the imminent demise of the OBC, not knowing exactly how big/bad the rebuilding job he has this year, he will still likely win at least 1 or 2 games that on paper he should have lost.

Normally wouldn't matter....but I will enjoy the hillbillies implode when their burnt orange smudge goes south.

Welcome to the Swamp and the shock and dismay that you have to start all over again and it could be another five to ten years before you crawl out of the that Phil Fulmers Donut Hole.

Projected east finish
1) Georgia
2) Missouri
3) Tennessee

I don't know how everything will turn out - CFB can be crazy, especially in conference play when rivals meet, but I think this is the most rational projection based on the scant info we have which of course goes out the window when the season starts.

This early out I favor UGA but I can't write off Mizzou as ugly as their wins have been they've still been wins and that's all that matters. Pinkel is a good coach who finds a way even when it's the ugliest way to win -- I can remember getting mad at Fulmer over wins like that but in retrospect I was too spoiled to realize what we had back then (losses to anyone not named Florida were so rare he was judged on the way he won). Having been throuhg what we have tho', I say screw style points -- win ugly or win pretty but win.

That all said, I think all three are wildcards. UGA has the advantage, imo but often finds a way to mess that up. Mizzou and Tennessee could be great OR great disappointment but for very different reasons. I honestly don't know where to put UF this year.

You appear to reference the Vols but we don't wear burnt orange. If any hillbilly between us wears burnt orange it's UF with that reddish orange you wear and yes, I know enough about the "Florida Gator Fan Belt" to know y'all a bunch of rednecks.

Mason is awful. No way Vandy wins a conference game.

Maybe Mizzou taking out UT and Vandy naturally. That doesn't make sense though now does it.

You can't take out Vandy. They will be last.

Well, no shite Vandy will be last. That's not much of a question. Who will be 6th is more viable.

It comes from the daisies that grew on "The Hill" I'm assuming they're American Daisies.
