Already been said, but it's basically just flirting with/hitting on a female on a message board. Simply agreeing with a female isn't hardlegging

You also have offshoot versions. As mentioned you have wetlegging where girls are hitting on guys on here (very rare, not seen often). You also have "white knighting", which could potentially be seen as a form of hard legging. WK is when people are ganging up on a female (get your minds out of the gutter please) and a poster will rush to their aid and be seemingly the only person to stick up for them. This is done presumably in an attempt to win favor with the female poster. You could look at WK as a passive, meek way of hardlegging. Not nearly as direct, but still with the intention of getting in her good graces.
