Hopefully the selection committee thinks more like Lunardi than Palm. The latter always has us quite a bit lower on his projections.

As a 10 seed I like those matchups. Playing 'Nova in Pittsburgh would tough but decent matchups from a big dog spot.
He has UK and aTm possibly playing in round 2, thought conference teams couldn't meet until sweet 16, or is he just going off s-curve without seeding rules included?

Lunardi and Palm are generally only good at predicting who gets in. As far as predicting what seeds teams will be, they are not very good at all.

Can someone explain why UGA is projected as a higher seed than LSU or even A&M for that matter? Is it non-conference schedule? LSU has an advantage there I believe. Is it based on projected finish in the conference? UGA is pretty much guaranteed another loss against UK. LSU likely to drop one maybe 2 of the last three. But that would put LSU over them in standings with tiebreaker. It's obviously not head to head, even though that was 2OT. Maybe it's bad losses...
Just doesn't make sense IMO, and it's been projected like that the entire season.
Anyway, not that big a deal, I'm just curious. I'd be super pumped if LSU made it in as a 13 or 14 seed. Good luck to all teams. Hope the SEC can represent well and show that there is some depth behind UK in the conference come March

Georgia's OOC SOS is 77 right now, Lsu's is 180.

If I had a team that actually competed for the tournament each year I would be gunning for a 6 seed.
The 3's are garbage and you avoid the 1's until the Elite 8. Assuming you dont get stuck with Kentucky in your bracket Ill take my chances from there.

I don't care what we're seeded, but if we manage to open in Charlotte I may actually take off work to drive up for that game.

I did. You projected wins over Louisville and Gonzaga in the 2nd and 3rd rounds to get to the Elite Eight.
