What vehicle should I buy?

Going from a 2 door F-150 XL. All options are used, good condition, no huge differences in miles, all priced within $4k of each other. Here's the options:
Trucks: F-150 King Ranch. Chevy Silverado.
-Both are crew cabs and 4x4. I like the way the Chevy drives better but I like the interior of the ford
-I don't need a truck everyday, but having one comes in handy a whole hell of a lot. Plus my dog loves riding in the bed.
Jeeps: Grand Cherokee Laredo and Liberty
- the Liberty is newer and nicer, but I like the way the GC looks and the idea of driving one better
-80%-90% of the things I use a truck for I can get done with a jeep.
- Id save a couple thousand going for a keep over a truck
Car: Honda Civic Hybrid
-45 mpg sounds pretty damn good
- super nice interior with all the extras
- never owned a sedan before
- is saving money in gas worth not being able to go off-road, haul or tow anything?

Do you own a house?
Major consideration that is often overlooked. I don't own a truck, but it would make life significantly easier when it comes to doing stuff around the house.

That's really the key question. Me personally, I don't care about off roading and if I ever had to haul anything I'd just rent a U-haul. I like getting 38-43mpg though. I also drive about 1000 miles per week so it's just w/e your preference/need is.

I do not own a house and I'm a couple years out from being married
I'm leaning King ranch or grand Cherokee
GF trying to talk me into the civic hybrid, but I'm like how am I going to pick up hoes with that if we break up?
In all seriousness I could sacrifice hauling and towing, but I'm outdoors a lot for recreation and not being able to go off road at will would make me a sad boy

What years are we talking about? The years and mileage are important to know. I can't give an honest answer without them.

I love my Silverado. I drive both an F150 company truck and my personal truck is the Chevy and the Chevy Is much more comfortable on trips.

I disagree. They're more "comfortable", but don't provide support to keep you fresh on long hauls. Ford has had them beat in that department for years. We have all 3 brands (2014s) at work and I prefer the Chevy the least right now..

The Ford makes my back hurt the Chevy doesn't.

All 07 and 08, except the liberty which is a 10
Liberty has 70k. The rest are 80-100k
I know, I'm poor

Man they are all about the same quality wise. Both the Ford and Chevy in that year range have camshaft issues depending on which plant forged the cams but other than that buy the one that you like the most and will do what you want it to do.

If your wiener is over 7" you won't be comfortable in the Chevy JS..

Do it. You can always go buy a cheap rice burner if gas prices go back up, or drive your SO's car when you need the gas mileage.
A mid-size SUV is a compromise. I had a 2012 4Runner and it was nice, but when I needed a full size pickup, it wasn't, and when I needed good gas mileage, it didn't.
Plus, if you don't have an SO, girls always need help moving.

Would get a Ford before a Chevy, but wouldn't buy either of them, would get a Tundra/Tacoma.
Would not buy any jeep/chrysler product.
Honda Civic would be your most reliable of all these choices.
