Who is they in your post? Both LSU and Ole Miss have at one point hired his brother.

But LSU saw the light in time. You forgot Arizona. Don't think that was an accident.
We have a 5 star top ranked qb signed. We had them side by side at camp. Saying we didn't make our own choice would be dumb. We didn't back off Franks, Pattycake bailed, and brother was sent scrambling for work.....

I had a really long post prepared, but there's no way you see past you're own idiocy. So,

Did you have that long post prepared when you thought he was going to LSU?
We got our guy, period. Had them both side by side for a week and I trust our coaches choice. We offered Franks first and haven't wavered.

Explain what part you think is BS

What 5 star QB do you have signed?
Your apparent lack of knowledge is appalling. Or maybe you are just full BS

franks is a 4* on most of the recruiting services and the #1 "dual threat" QB on them as well although I see him as more of a pro style, under center type QB that is mobile when he has to be.
patterson and franks both camped at LSU. LSU picked franks. Cam made that decision. I guess he feels franks is better suited for what cameron wants at the QB position. when franks committed, patterson appeared to not want to go somewhere where he would have to compete and would come in as the starter.
he could get his 5th star during his senior year, that is a possibility. I think he'll also be recategorized as a pro style QB too.

Franks was offered on April 5, 2014. Patterson wasn't offered until July 19, 2014. Both came into camp that summer for evaluation.

Well, seeing is to how LSU says Franks is better than Patterson... I guess they're right. After all, they have a way of integrating their QB's into their offense so well that it is almost as if they aren't even there.

The only decent quarterback they've had since Flynn was Mett. Mett was a pro style QB, yet Patterson just didn't fit their system. Makes perfect sense.

Don't be a pussy dude,no one is saying he's better just that he outperformed Shea at LSU's camp.Maybe the point being made here is that both are too good to be at the same place.

Shea operates from the shotgun in a spread offense and is a scrambler ala manziel.
Franks operates in a pro style under center offense and doesn't run nearly as much as Shea. He is 220 lb 6'5. He can run but he's a pocket passer much more than a runner.

My point is that franks is neither a five star or has he signed with LSU.
So gee is wrong on both accounts.

Nope, not a 5 star currently and he nor shea have signed with anyone. They both have verbally committed to their respective schools. Maybe that's what he meant.

He's a .97 on 247. He's about 2 good games away from a 5 star to be fair

It's not up to LSU's fans to decide which is the better fit,the coaches chose FF.
