I wonder what the odds are that this doesn't succeed?

Probably non-zero, but the professionals who do this kind of thing are pretty darned good at what they do.

Unless it get really beat up on the trip it should be fine. My family has to transplant trees every year and haven't had any issues. They aren't near that big, but they also aren't near as resilient as the live oaks.

It's an all day event. I'd imagine ground breaking and prep begins at 8am probably won't plant for a few hours

Planning on being there. After watching them take the others down, have to go back to see these put in.

It is still unbelievable to me that the original trees were poisoned and died. It is now time to move forward to new trees and I can not wait to roll the trees in 2016.

FYI it will take 7 hours to plant the trees.

It's pretty fricked up to actually think about.

The trees need names.

Cam. Nick. Chizik. Bagman. Cecil. Muschamp. Gus. Trooper.

Any of those.

Hard to believe it's almost been two years since they were removed. Time flies as you get older.
