No. They were on College Ave, but they have been on MLK now for a few years.

I get it all the time. We have a few places in Fay that have it. Its good, if you like tapioca pudding and other chewy tapioca stuff.

ETA: Fort Smith has had a relatively significant Asian population since the 1970s, as Fort Chaffee processed lots of SE Asian refugees. Because of that, Western Arkansas has had a small Asian population for decades but still more Asians than most of the South.
