With a bad gall bladder. Had it removed and now I have a chest tube with blood and fluid draining out and dont know what happened. Very painful and just got out of icu. Lawsuit?

Are we all being lawyers today? Or doctors? I always get confused

Are you sure it is not a drain as the result of the surgery? My wife had hers out and they put in a drain.

It sounds like they made the incision a little too close to your pussy.

I'm not a doctor, but it sounds like they probably found an abscess when they removed the gall bladder, and you were pretty close to going septic.
Your court argument could be "well yes, they did save my life, but it hurt really really bad." Let me know how it works out.

Sounds like they clipped an artery. Did they cut you open? You can't sue. You signed that right away. The only way you can is if they went in for the galbladder, and removed your penis.

Probably depends on how bad your gallbladder was when they removed it.

Did you think to ask if this was normal for gall bladder surgery? You sound like someone looking for money you didn't earn.
