For every team, it's either your rival our competition. Hence Auburn, and then LSU. We haven't lost many recruits to A&M, but they're annoying, and were social inept in person, so I'll get FA&M bandwagon.

University of Auburn
They do work this time of year.

After that, it's LSU, Auburn, and Georgia.

I don't like losing recruits to the University of Auburn either. I bet LSU fans hate losing theirs to ULSU too.

Alabama I guess, but I don't like UT losing recruits to any school.

I would usually say Bama, but holy shite A&M has gotten annoying. They are looking for any moral victory they can get. LSU is 4-0 on the field, but 0-100 in moral victories, so who is the real winner here?

Auburn.

I never had anything against Auburn. I visited there in high school and it wasn't for me but i could see what some people would like about it. Then came my interest in recruiting and I grew to hate Auburn. Then I started lurking/joined the Rant and my hate grew.

If we lose Cece to them, I will be beyond angry. If the tires on auburnphan's Ford Ranger are slashed and profanities are scribbled across the "AU Calvin pissing on an Alabama script A" decal…y'all know where to look.

Somehow I've never seen them play but apparently they swoop in right before the announcement and outbid us for almost all of our good recruits. It's pretty frustrating.

IRL - Clemson. Stings to lose one to them....especially a highly rated player out of GA. I can understand a kid going to another SEC school, but frick Clem$on

On here - Ole Miss. Tunsilitis is only contagious on the web

Changing my answer: Nebraska. They owned us for too many years and it stings.

In basketball, take your pick because everyone takes our elite talent, but I guess kU.

Well, in all fairness, LSU HAS gotten its share of recruits from Alabama as well.
Williford, Allen, Russell, Alexander, Neighbors...just to name a few.
Of course, Alabama's talent base PER CAPITA is OK, but Louisiana happens to be #1 in the nation. No wonder coaches want to come to Louisiana to recruit. Saban knew this when he was in Baton Rouge 11 years ago.

Not of late.

I'm not sure if Alabama recruited Neighbors, I don't remember that one. But they cooled on Kwon after his injury and I don't think he had a commitable offer from them.

I don't remember beating out Bama for someone they wanted within that state in awhile. I'm not sure if we even try that hard anymore really, and I don't blame the coaches for that.

And a few is all you can name. Of those you listed, I'll give you Alexander. But Alabama didn't pursue the others. Neighbors was a walkon. Not even sure why you're listing him. Even if he was a legacy at Alabama.

There are a lot of Russells in Alabama. But we are going back 12 years now? Alabama missed on a lot of kids during that time.
