LSU fans can't perceive decline because they are in the midst of it.
11-2 to 12-2 =/= decline
Decline: steady downward trend.
Decline Exhibit A:
-SEC Champs. Plays for BCSCG, loses.
-Two losses in regular season. Loses Chicken Bowl.
-Three losses in regular season. Wins Outback Bowl with a putrid performance by a qb
-Four losses in regular season. Loses Music Shitty Bowl
