Interesting question. My dad did a few yrs after my mom passed. I divorced and had my ex pass a couple yrs later. I wouldn't hesitate, for the right one. But I think it's pretty rare to end up with that one and I won't settle again, so I don't see it happening.

Depends on whether or not it was me that killed her.

It would depend entirely on whether or not I met another person worth marrying.

If the question is am I oppose to remarriage, then absolutely not.

Probably, especially if my kids were still young. I know that sounds bad, but kids need a Mom as much as they need a Dad.

On the flip side, I fully expect the same from my wife.

It would depend on how long for me.

20 years? Definite no.
2? Absolutely.

You never know, you might meet someone special in prison.

Nope. This is the one and only time I'll ever get married.

Excellent question. I really doubt it. She would have to be a truly special person. My kids are 12 and 7 right now so my options would be limited anyway. I wouldn't want to marry someone that already had kids, and whoever I married would probably want to have one together and I think I'm past that point in my life.

I'd take a date to her funeral.

J/K.....but I probably wouldn't remarry until all of my kids were out of the house. Step-kids/step - parents can put a strain on a marriage. Even then, I'd hook up with someone my own age whose kids were out of the house as well.
