What is the Mendoza Line for your school's recruiting rankings?

If you don't know what the Mendoza Line is, kill yourself.
Now apply that concept to college football and recruiting and compare it to this chart.
For example, my school, the Arkansas Razorbacks.
We rank 26th in the # of recruits for the period of 2008-2013. We have the 33rd most populated state. We produce more HS football recruits that go to D1 schools than our population would project.
It's simple to meet in the middle and say that a recruiting class for Arkansas should never fall below the 30th ranked class. Use factors such as your school's tradition, facilities, fan support, in-state rivals, proximity to the 5 major producers (TX, FL, CA, GA, OH) etc.
Arkansas is an easy one to figure out.
Texas has the 2nd largest population and they product the most D1 football recruits. There are 11 FBS schools in Texas and everyone recruits there. The university of Texas has too much dilution to expect the Longhorns to never NOT have the #1 recruiting class, but I feel the Mendoza Line for Texas would be around #7 or #8.
Texas A&M's would be around #15
Alabama's #7
Auburn's #10
LSU #8
Florida #10
Ole Miss #20
Miss State #25
Tennessee #13
South Carolina #20
Georgia #8
The one states in the SEC footprint that produces less FBS caliber football players than their population ranking would suggest are them Yankee bastards Missouri and Kentucky.
Missouri has the #18 ranked population but only produces the 23rd most FBS recruits. The have no instate rival and no other FBS programs within their borders. Their Mendoza Line should be around #25
Kentucky has the #26 ranked population and produces the 28th most FBS players. With their lackluster football tradition and lack of support for the sport I'd put their Mendoza line at #40.
Vanderbilt is it's own special case, much like everything else SEC and Vanderbilt related. Like Kentucky their Mendoza line should be around #40.
Add your thoughts and mendoza lines for other programs or re-rank my initial opinions.

We are Arkansas. We always contribute more than we should. Coaches alone, Paul Bear Bryant, Tommy Tuberville, Jimmy Johnson, Charlie Strong, Gus Malzahn, etc.

I agree with most of those.MSU should always finish at least between 20-25. A good year would be 10-15, and a really bad year around 30-35.

What does Bear Bryant, Tommy Tuberville or Charlie Strong have to do with the University of Arkansas, recruiting rankings or a Mendoza Line? None of them ever played or coached for the razorbacks.

I would say pre-SEC it was 20, now its 10.
