No deets yet but I'll update OP when they're out.

“@RazNation: BB: Robb Smith has signed a new contract.”

ETA: $750,000 a year and will go up in increments of $50k every year.

Significant bump for Robb. Fan-fricking-tastic. I bet it included some SEC non-competes.

So in his presser today Bert said jeff took care of who he wanted him to and would hire a better LB coach than the last.

Maybe RS has been mailing it in?

Randy is a nice guy but he's not much of a linebackers coach, we only hired him for his Miami ties. There were normally three guys coaching the linebackers during practice and Shannon is a pretty quiet guy. He didn't do a lot of teaching, mostly just encouragement. Not bashing him at all but he worked here and is getting hired at Florida to recruit Miami and that's pretty much it.

Smith to 750K annually

Otis is mad that ESPN broke it:

I figured they wanted to give it ESPN first when us scrubs who cover the UA each day asked and were told he couldn't comment on it right now as far as length and amount.
