No because we have something to play for and haven't suffered any personnel or coaching loses.
Look at LSU, Auburn, MSU and Ole Miss.
Think about all they've lost, or were rumored to lose, before their games.

I have to admit I was surprised. The SEC always has to play up in the bowl order though.
Bama/OSU is champ vs champ.
MSU/GT was division runner-up vs ACC runner-up
Ole miss/TCU was 3rd in division vs one true co-champion
Auburn/Wisky was 4th in division vs conference runner-up
LSU/ND was 5th vs independent.
It's like that every year. The SEC has to step up in bowl season.

Yes. On a side note, I had no clue you were a Bama fan until this post.

Yep, almost exactly the same as you OP.

The reality that we could lose this game occured to me a couple of weeks ago.

Hope I'm wrong, but I have this weird feeling that we actually lose this game...

I'm always nervous. Saying that if we don't get beat deep and sims doesn't turn the ball over. We win

I'm not, because none of those games have any impact on the Sugar Bowl.

Well when you are beating so much arse in the SEC, everyone will give you their best shot the next time around no matter how much talent or how good they have played before or after the Alabama game.
If you were to ask opposing players and fans...who would they like to beat the most, the answer would be........?
