I would take it over weather in the south any day. Too hot and humid most of the year down here.

Northeast does have the worst weather combo. They get hot and humid up there, too.

Second place would be the midwest. Nebraska to Illinois gets heat and humidity, followed by terrible cold winters.

My sister goes to school at Stanford in in Palo Alto, CA and it's like 75 degrees and sunny year round. Never rains. It's the perfect weather...something about the geography makes it that way there. Go north into San Francisco and it gets cold, go south and it gets hot. But right there it stays perfect
