No way they win 8 games without Chavis. Next year will be BAD. I'm thinking 4 wins.

True. I thought our previous quarterback issues were related to Perriloux being dismissed a few years ago but this is a systemic problem with Miles. You cannot be successful without a decent quarterback. I'm at a complete loss at Miles' inability to develop quarterbacks at even a serviceable level.

The problem is that there isn't a great coordinator that's on the market right now. They may have some frustrations with 3rd down situations and late game drives, but the offense was responsible for putting the teams in those situations most time anyways.
Without drastically improved quarterback play or a revamped offensive philosophy, the team has nowhere to go but down if Chavis leaves.
