Problem is, nobody has yet come out with the non-shopped version of that exact angle. I can buy that it was shopped, but the evidence everyone has presented thus far has been from another angle, and since typically in these situations, coaches stand for several seconds in that exact pose (much like politicians, celebrities, and businesspeople posing for a photo-op), it's quite possible that there was an actual change between photos.
