I'm sure it sits on the mantle next to the 2003 NC Southern Cal won.

well, LSU had gone to the final four in basketball since Arkansas has.....so there is that....in fact, LSU has three final fours since the 80's....and plenty more solid tourney runs.....in fact, LSU would probably be in the top half of the SEC in NCAA trny wins...just guessing. That is nowhere near comparable to Ole Miss....which hasn't done anything at all in over 50 years........of course, we know you are simply flaming.

Arkansas has 1 title. Stop puffing your chest out like arkansas is some historic program with multiple titles. All that great history and you made the sweet 16 1 more time than lsu.

So has Arkansas.

That isn't saying much, there is only a Big3 in basketball in the SEC, Kentucky, Florida, and Arkansas.

How is that irony? The last time arkansas basketball was relevant. No cbb recruit, coming out of high school, was born yet.

Where as OM football had a great year and should they find a promising QB will be in a better position than most next year. Freeze has that program heading in the right direction.

LOL. Ole Miss had a great year, yet they were an end of season upset in the final game from finishing behind LSU........and yet finished 9-3 and a great year...while LSU was 8-4 and a bad year......haha.......also, LOL at Freeze and the program....they will be back to typical Ole Miss next year....no running game, and losing their senior qb...and a defense that is light against power teams......

I've read your garbage on here before....you are either a pathetic troll, or seriously dumb. OM hasn't won a conference title or gone to a prominent bowl game in over 50 years.....during that same period of time LSU has won numerous sec titles in basketball, numerous ncaa basketball games, and gone to 3 final fours. IT is easy alright, but the other way around.

Stop acting like winning a title doesn't matter because your program has never been able to do so.

Winning a title 2 decades ago doesnt KEEP you in the big anything . especially when you havent been relevant in the sec for over decade.of Arky is so elite why has lsu won the sec regular season title more recently and why has lsu made tye finak four more recently? The answer is because Arkansas isn't big shite anymore in basketball

Ark the "Hoops Power" hasn't won the SEC regular season title since 1994..

Yet, lowly LSU has done so THREE times and a Final Four appearance in that span..despite a losing mark in 9 of those 20 seasons.

Ark Hoops Tix holders..you poor longsuffering bastards!

Dale, it hasn't even been a full year since your last UK/Fla Dickriding Big 3 Hoops thread..let lil ole Arky and MA build it back before Trombone Shortying!

Arkansas hasn't been relevant since the early 90's....that's worse than saying Tenn is the big six in football, seriously.

I haven't looked it up.....I would guess LSU has as many tourney appearances/wins as Arkansas since the 80's.....I could be wrong, but I think it's probably pretty close. How many SEC championships as Arkansas won?

LSU isn't that good, but they are building. Making the Tournament this year would be a huge step up, but they aren't their yet. They have a decent record and have been on a roll, so I can see the buzz, but they would have to make a huge jump as a team to compete with the bigger programs. The thing is though, Bball is down this year, except at Kentucky, so they have a better chance to make a run, this year...

Sorry, what's that? I can't hear you from way down there, while Arkansas is way up here.

When was the last time LSU was ranked?

Arkansas has been ranked this year.

You and Kansas fans would get along great, who needs NCs when you can win meaningless conference titles.

There is only one championship that matters each year, it is awarded to the tourney winner, something LSU has never been able to do.

Saying otherwise is as delusional as saying 2011 LSU was better than the NC 2011 Alabama in football.

This is like Ms. State posters claiming SEC West titles mattered.

No one cares.

Congrats on being the 5th best team in the SEC this year.
