Serious question for Ole Miss fans about Kelly and QB situation

If Kelly never makes it to campus are y'all comfortable with Kincade(sp.) or Buchanan as QB? To be honest if Dak leaves I think we go from SEC West contender with 8-10 wins, to hoping for bowl eligibility. Also, if Kelly means more wins but is guilty, is he worth bringing to campus?

I'm not as confident in Kincade or Buchanan as others are. I'm just hoping one of them takes the reins in the spring and doesn't let go.
If Kelly is guilty, cut him the frick loose. He could be so good in our system but it isn't worth having to worry about what his crazy arse does on a Saturday night after a big win.
Our entire year depends on two things: health and QB play. We are set on defense and our offense minus QB. We're talking a four or five-win differential.

Freeze can/will dumb down the offense for an inexperienced QB. We have the playmakers on offense that can take over the game as long as we can have a game manager QB not turn it on.
Game manager is all we need. Anything over that (CK) would be nice, but not a make-or-break situation

Yes. It would be a risk but I think they are more than capable.

guilty of a bunch of misdemeanors? Honestly not a big deal to me.
But even if he is gone i feel we will be ok at QB. There is a difference between having a true QB battle in the spring and then being the starter going into the fall than being a thrown into a rainy SEC game on the road down multiple scores where NOTHING went right.
Switchblade has shown some flashes of his talent and i think his abilites will match well with Freezes system. Nothing us fans can do but sit back and watch

I think our ceiling next year with RB and DK is 9 wins. That basically means our run game has to grow the F up pretty fast and there can be zero drop off in production from our defense. The defense and run game will carry the team. The passing game will be very vanilla for at least the first half of the year. It will probably be similar to Bo's first 2 years in the offense. Lots if screen passes and short 5-10 yard passes until Freeze feels like one of them can expand the offense.
*i hope I'm wrong and either one or both of the QBs step up this offseason and play to their potential next year. Both have the skillset. It just had to come out during a game.
