Instead of stadium expansion, perhaps we should consider stadium contraction

perhaps we should consider reducing stadium seating by approximately 10,000 in order to sell out every game?

If it happens at all, it will be Phase II of Phase II.
The current plans of Phase II are to move game day facilities to the south endzone area, along with weight and training, and I believe the coaching staff offices.
Perhaps some luxury boxes.

When and if the south end is remodeled there might be seating expansion, we don't know yet.
What might make sense is to rebuild the foundational infrastructure to expand on top of, that is put in the facility support as though you are expanding seating. Then if you find you need the additional 8K or so seats, extend the upper deck, as long as you have the base structure and facilities in place to handle the extra crowd, you are good.

still a little depressed over the outcome at the Ga Dome I guess..
also I'm just old, old people are not really happy people, whether we admit it to ourselves or not, we all know the end is creeping up on us.
