FWIW, I do think these stats are compelling in the sense that it shows diversity in the AU offense. If OP used this to show that Gus' gimmicky offense can put up yards and points on a top ranked defense in multiple ways, I think it'd be a solid argument.

Nice moral victory. Congrats.
But to seriously answer your questions, Saban decided there is no need to bother with trying to figure Gus's offense since Gus doesn't care about the other half of the game. Saban now knows you can easily just out score Auburn so no need to worry about their offense.
His defensive efforts will be better served focusing on other teams that pose more of a threat from here on out.

Gus' gimmicky high school offense also scored a grand total of 7 points against Georgia who proceeded to lose to Georgia Tech 14 days later.
