Give saban credit, he's gone out of his way to put explosive offense on the field, when many coaches in his position would've kept it conservative.

Winner. But the Mile's crowd will point to his record blind to the fact that LSU can be better. When Saban was here he was sometimes guilty of hamstringing the offense and relying on his D. If he can change why can't Miles?

frick, if Gus would've done this last night with our secondary he would've wore his shoulders out.

Very fair assessment. Miles is a top coach, but just like Saban, he has some self-evaluating to do and figure out what changes he needs to make.

That's what bothers us. We have the playmakers but our coach doesn't want to implement a passing attack.

Gotta give Saban credit, I know it probably wasn't an easy choice to change up the offense this much. But he at least knew he had to.

I us d to believe in the conservative approach and still do to a certain extent, but the rules have changed (or interpretations) and you have to be wiling to open up the offense. you can't just rely on a defense and sound running game like in the past imo.

The guy is coaching his arse off. There are former USC players tweeting that they've never seen any of the plays he's calling. Classic case of a great X's and O's guy who is a terrible manager.

He's seem so comfortable as a coordinator. Just could be his calling. He'll be gone from Bama soon. Maybe one more year to help Coker (or whoever) next year.
