Will Leonard Fournette ultimately be as good or better than Gurley?

Depends, how much do you think he could get for signing jerseys?

LF7 has much better handwriting.

Why are only LSU people allowed to start these bullshite threads

better - Gurley didn't play a whole season during his career -- durability and lack of autograph violations count

Fournette is a good back but let's be honest Gurley if not for suspension would more than likely been in new York and could have brought the Heisman home. Fournette could be a great one but right now it's Gurley and not close. I can say as of right now Chubb is better than Leonard.

You really have to ask that?

LF has been in college less than a year. Give him another year to reach full potential and then you will know. LF is built to crush defenses and Gurley is built to get injured.

We'll see, I think that LF7 has the physical ability to be among the greatest runningbacks ever, the biggest questions will be if he stays healthy, works hard enough to meet his potential, develops his vision, builds more lateral agility, and improves his footwork. All of these things come with coaching and time.

So basically if he becomes Bo jackson

LF won't be sht until LSU gets a QB. They're the least dynamic team in the league

No. He may be somewhat more productive thanks to Gurley's suspension and injury this year, but better? Fat chance.

I'm curious to see if he can even be as good as Chubb. I will not be remotely surprised if Chubb and Michel are more highly regarded and are drafted higher than Fournette.

He's better than all of the Georgia backs. Upside is off the charts. c

How does one go about measuring upside

Including Gurley (as though he weren't hurt), we've 3 backs on our roster I would take over Fournette right now. He isn't even in the conversation with Chubb at the moment.
Oh and you guys bookmark this, Chubb has a higher ceiling than Fournette, he is stronger and faster in a more compact and harder to tackle package.

It's a statistical formula. It would take too long to try to explain it to you and even then you probably wouldn't understand.
