We have lots of new guys but they have potential. Several of them look good but coleman is quick!

If Bama doesn't make the tourney , Grant must go.
And the three best teams are UK Blue team - Uk White team and everyone else.

It's still a bit early but I too am impressed with Grant's offense this year. I need to see each team against better competition but at this point Bama has a case for being 4th.

LSU is pure hype.. I've seen all of these teams play... UF will lose lots of games... Arky looks solid.. UK is a beast.. everyone else is meh..

I like all the Miss Cleo predictions already in this thread.

After like 2 games we can determine the Top 1/3 of the conference finish

We are finally going at a fast pace. With Coleman and Tarrant running the point, we really are going hard end to end. Maybe that's the influence of having a true PG and also Reggie Witherspoon on staff

I agree. Reliford was a great scorer but he didn't create. I know he isn't the prototypical PG but I always thought Bama would have been better off in the halfcourt with Randolph playing the point and Reliford playing off the ball.

Word. And that's the way it will stay while grant is there. Luckily I'm not a huge basketball fan anymore. Sort of washed my hands of it mentally while gottfried was there. So I don't really get upset if we lose now like I used to. Very similar to how I watch and pull for the Braves lol

You're so ignorant I won't even address any of this garbage.

Like the guy who this time last year was proclaiming Bama had turned the corner, was going to have a great season, and was even going to beat Duke?

Boy did he end up looking stupid. Can you help me remember his user name?

Bama has more capable scorers this season, more so than any time under Grant plus more quality depth... even going to Redshirt Garrett now..

Ricky Tarrant is going to be a problem for a lot of teams.

Levi Randolph has gone Beast mode.

Justin Coleman is a dynamic PG and getting better by the second.

Jimmie Taylor is adding an offensive game to his defense.

A better offensive philosophy to go with our usually solid defense and I can see Bama doing some big things this season.. if we go down and handle our business Monday and Tuesday the momentum is going to lead to a very good year. I'm excited about this team.

I'll take a game over .500 and be extremely happy.

I like what I have seen so far but I think I will wait until after Monday to decide whether this is real or not.

We go out and run with Iowa State and we have a legitimate chance to be a good team. We lose by 17 and we are a 17-13 NIT team again.

Winning on Monday and Tuesday would be a huge deal. It would be much more than handling business. Iowa State is fantastic.

Yea, and we are far from some sort of lock for the Top 4.

As of right now I'd say I feel pretty good about being in the top half of the league, but that is about it.

Just watched the post game interview with Grant and the players (Randolph and Tarrant) I honestly can't say that I've ever seen Grant and his team so confident... it was kinda eery lol... Grant told the other coach it's his best team he's had here... then says we haven't scratched the surface to how good we can be... scored 80 3 straight for the 1st time since I can remember. This team has got great chemistry and leadership and I believe they are expecting to win not hoping... I think we will do well in the tourney. But if we play well and lose the season isn't lost like some are holding judgement for.

might want to hold off on that ... we've seen this before ...
